1.1 Definitions

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, family, device, IP address or payment method is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed and funds confiscated.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be temporarily suspended.
• Only one withdrawal request may be in process at a time.

4.3 Currency Policy

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits or withdrawals using a third-party account or another person's payment method are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed on specified games — the applicable games will be communicated at the time the bonus is received.

• Bonuses expire within a set time period — the terms of each offer must be checked individually.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 8upbd4 VIP Program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Users can progress to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. Detailed terms relating to VIP benefits apply separately.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

8upbd4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time. If any misconduct or manipulation is suspected in relation to bonus activity, the relevant bonus and winnings may be cancelled.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The outcome of all games on the 8upbd4 platform is determined fairly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own rules which can be found in the game lobby. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is affected by a lost internet connection, power outage or technical fault, 8upbd4 will verify all relevant information before making a decision. In such cases the Company's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

Our platform offers games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI and PG Soft. These providers' own rules and terms may apply. For sports betting, the decisions of sporting governing bodies (such as ICC, FIFA and BPL) are final.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed before a match begins will be settled based solely on circumstances during the match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• For live betting, the latest available odds will apply.
• Settlement of any tournament including T20, IPL and BPL will be based on the announcement of the relevant sporting governing body.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8upbd4 platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure, confiscation of funds and, where applicable, legal action:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception or manipulation on the platform.
• Playing games using automation software, bots or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Strategically exploiting the bonus system to avoid losses (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Hacking, introducing viruses or inserting malicious code into the platform's software or systems.
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Match fixing or any other dishonest method to influence game outcomes.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

10.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time through our live chat support. All active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and available funds may be withdrawn (provided all conditions are met).

10.2 Termination by Company

8upbd4 reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following cases:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or misconduct is found.

10.3 Provisions Applicable After Termination

Even after the account is closed, clauses relating to limitation of liability, privacy, and applicable law shall remain in effect.
